What You'll Do:
- Source and order a diverse range of genuine Porsche parts for all models from our trusted suppliers. ๐ ๏ธ
- Manage the entire parts order lifecycle: track progress, receive and meticulously check deliveries, accurately book parts onto job cards, and ensure efficient storage and issuance of parts and consumables. ๐ฆโ
- Collaborate closely with our expert technicians to precisely identify and prepare the exact parts needed for workshop jobs and estimates. ๐ค
- Contribute to effective stock control, process parts returns, and communicate with suppliers via phone, email, and in person, utilizing various software systems. ๐๐ง
- Help maintain an exceptionally clean, tidy, and organized parts department and workshop. โจ
- Occasionally, assist with washing and preparing customer and sales vehicles to showroom standards. ๐งผ
- Develop valuable customer service and business administration skills. ๐
- Gain hands-on experience assisting with basic diagnostic scans, vehicle checks, and other essential day-to-day workshop tasks under the guidance of our experienced team. ๐

Key responsibilities
- Order and source vehicle parts from various suppliers.
- Manage parts orders, deliveries, storage, and issuance of parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with technicians to identify and prepare parts for workshop jobs and estimates.
- Assist with stock control, parts returns, and supplier communication using software systems.
- Maintain departmental organisation, and assist with vehicle preparation and basic workshop tasks.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English GCSE (grade Grade 4/C or above), Maths GCSE (grade Grade 4/C or above))
