What you'll be doing:

You'll be the ultimate support system for our clinicians, making sure everything runs smoothly and our patients feel super comfortable and cared for. We’re all about top-notch patient care, keeping things confidential, and following all the GDPR rules. 💯

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Greeting patients with a smile and helping with appointment bookings! 😊
  • Handling patient questions like a pro, professionally and with care.
  • Getting surgeries ready, sterilising instruments like a science wizard, and keeping everything super clean and safe according to CQC standards. 🧼
  • Helping dentists during treatments and keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date (GDPR friendly!).
  • Making sure patients feel at ease, reassured, and have an amazing dental experience. 🥰
  • Keeping an eye on stock, equipment, and making sure surgeries are always ready to go.
  • Maintaining spotless, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical areas.
  • Always protecting patient privacy, dignity, and keeping everything confidential. 🤫

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians and assist with patient care
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards
  • Handle patient interactions, including welcoming and responding to basic enquiries
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold confidentiality in line with GDPR
  • Collaborate with the wider dental team to deliver high-quality care
