Key responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team and managing customer interactions from initial enquiry to completing a sale.

- Learning to confidently present vehicles, write engaging descriptions, and create high-quality photo and video content.
- Understanding and applying FCA regulations for compliant sales practices, including upselling finance, warranties, and additional products.
- Learning how to appraise and value vehicles, and understanding broader dealership operations.
