Want to shape the next generation of electricians? We're on the hunt for a skilled Electrical Tutor to guide our apprentices (up to Level 3) at a top Further Education College. You'll team up with learners and employers to smash those apprenticeship goals. πͺ
Location: Worksop π

Option 1: Part-Time, Temporary Gig ποΈ
- Hours: 22.5 per week β±οΈ
- Contract: 3 Months (initially)
Option 2: Full-Time, Permanent Role π

What You Bring (Essential):
- A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Electrical Installation or something similar. π‘
- Hands-on experience in the Electrical industry from recent years. π οΈ
- Proven track record of supporting, mentoring, or assessing Electrical Apprentices. π§βπ«
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above), or the equivalent. π―
- An Enhanced DBS check. β
- Solid employment references. π
- Right to work in the UK. π¬π§
Bonus Points (Desirable):
- Assessor Award (TAQA/A1). β
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS/CAVA). π
- Experience in Further Education or Apprenticeships. π
- Knowledge of End Point Assessment (EPA). π
Your Mission (Key Duties):
- Support and assess apprentices on the job. πΆββοΈπΆββοΈ
- Conduct progress reviews and keep track of learner development. π
- Chat with employers and keep learner records slick. π
- Prep apprentices for qualification success and End Point Assessment. π

Key responsibilities
- Support and assess apprentices in the workplace
- Conduct reviews and track learner progress
- Liaise with employers and maintain learner records
- Prepare learners for qualification achievement and EPA
