You'll dive deep into data management and analysis, helping us present information that’s accurate, engaging, and easy to understand for everyone. 📈
What You'll Be Doing:
- Business Intelligence & Insights: Uncover awesome trends and opportunities using data. 💡
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Share your findings clearly with different teams and even clients. 🗣️
- Data Management & System Maintenance: Keep our data tidy and accurate for top-notch analysis. 🗂️
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine interest in the drinks, hospitality, retail, or FMCG world. 🍷
- A brain that loves logic, numbers, and solving puzzles. 🤔
- An eagle eye for detail. 🔎
- The ability to explain complex insights simply. ✨
- Awesome teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. 🤝
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- *Important:* You shouldn't already have a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- We're also open to applications from those with a mix of qualifications and experience that show you've got what it takes! 💪
Work Perks:
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri (9 am - 5:30 pm). You'll start with 5 days in the office, then move to a cool 4 days office / 1 day remote setup. 🏠
