The Gig:

We're looking for someone with energy and a knack for organisation to support our daily production planning. You'll be right in the thick of it, helping to make sure materials, resources, and schedules are perfectly aligned. Plus, you'll be honing your skills in data analysis, communication, problem-solving, and using business systems – all while being mentored by an experienced crew. 😎

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping the production planning team with daily scheduling and planning using cool systems like KIS. 🗓️
• Keeping an eye on production progress, materials, and stock availability via Epicor and other planning tools. 📦
• Chatting with suppliers through Outlook about when orders are landing. 📧
• Keeping planning info, reports, and docs super accurate using Adobe. 📝
• Teaming up with production, purchasing, and other departments to sort out any hiccups. 🤝
• Getting to grips with planning systems and processes, including Epicor and KIS. 💻
• Throwing in your ideas to make our efficiency and planning processes even better.💡

The Deets:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. ⏰
• Salary: £15,600 - £21,157.5 per year. 💰
• Location: Cumbernauld - Arria Furniture Group, Cumbernauld. 📍
• Training Programme: Digital Applications Support (SCQF Level 6). ✨
