- Communication Hub: Send out important legal documents to all the right people and upload them to client portals. 📧
- File Creation Pro: Assemble comprehensive deeds packets and manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. 📮
- File Setup Superstar: Open new client files, conduct conflict checks, gather essential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents, and set up all necessary electronic and physical sub-files. ✅
- Data Detective: Help collate, analyze, and report on data as requested by our lawyers and clients. 📊
- Event Planner: Support the arrangement of conferences and meetings – ensuring everything runs smoothly. 🗓️
- Team Connector: Assist with internal team communications, keeping everyone in the loop. 📣
- Support System: Lend a hand to Legal Support Assistants, providing backup to other fee earners when needed. 🤝

Key responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative and document management support to legal professionals.
- Executing file opening procedures, including conflict checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation.
- Collating, analysing, and reporting data as required by fee earners and clients.
- Supporting conference and meeting arrangements, alongside internal team communications.
- Assisting Legal Support Assistants in providing support to non-assigned fee earners.
