About the Role:

This is a brand-new role created to boost our Digital Marketing team! You'll use data-driven platforms, website insights, and content strategies to level up our marketing game and bring in new business leads. Working super closely with the CEO/Founder, you'll get a deep dive into the tech behind our top-notch services. Your mission? Analyze digital performance, fix website glitches, and use data (ours and our competitors') to make our marketing efforts even better. 📈

Your Responsibilities:

  • Fix those pesky 404 errors by checking old links and redirecting them to the right places. 🔗➡️👍
  • Make sure all website links have correctly formatted UTM parameters for super accurate marketing tracking. 🎯
  • Review open-source package pages – check descriptions, docs, and links are on point and working. ✅
  • Spot pages that aren't hitting the mark on Core Web Vitals and highlight the issues with solid proof, helping us prioritize improvements for speed and user experience. ⚡️
  • Keep an eye on competitor marketing and docs, noting any big changes. 🕵️‍♀️
  • Draft the initial fortnightly online performance report, summing up key marketing stats, insights, and observations. ✍️

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Important: You shouldn't already have a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • Got a mix of qualifications and experience that shows you've got the foundation? You could still be considered!
  • If your qualifications are from outside the UK, you'll need an official document showing how they compare to UK qualifications when you apply.

Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm. 🗓️
