What you'll be doing:
- Being the ultimate welcoming committee for our patients, and helping them book appointments. ๐
- Answering patient questions like a pro โ keeping it professional and helpful! ๐
- Getting our treatment rooms prepped and sparkling, sterilizing instruments, and crushing infection control like a boss (to CQC standards, of course!). ๐ฏ
- Being the dentist's right hand during treatments, and keeping patient records super accurate and confidential (GDPR is key!). ๐คซ
- Making sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a top-notch dental experience. ๐ฅฐ
- Keeping an eye on our supplies, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready to go. ๐ฆ
- Maintaining super clean, safe, and well-equipped clinical areas. ๐งผ
- Always protecting patient privacy, dignity, and keeping everything confidential. ๐
- Teaming up with our dentists and the whole crew to deliver safe, smooth, and high-quality care. ๐ค

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
- Assist with patient administration, enquiries, and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
- Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness.
