Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
- Assist with patient reception, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries.
- Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
- Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas, managing stock and equipment readiness.
