- 🚗 Travelling between clients' homes (we've got you covered with mileage reimbursement! 💸).
- 📚 Engaging in exciting training sessions, workshops, and dedicated off-job learning for your apprenticeship.
As a Level 3 apprentice, you'll be stepping up, taking on more responsibility, and learning to coordinate care like a pro. You'll be working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care, setting you up for awesome future roles like Lead Care Worker or Supervisor! 🏆

Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Take an active role in creating and reviewing care plans
- Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised)
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, acting promptly to protect vulnerable individuals
