As a Dental Nurse, you'll be the backbone of our chairside support, making sure everything is top-notch for both our clinicians and our patients. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • โœจ Greeting patients with a smile and helping them out with appointments.
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Answering basic patient questions professionally and with empathy.
  • ๐Ÿงผ Getting surgeries prepped, sterilizing instruments, and keeping infection control on point (think CQC standards!).
  • ๐Ÿค Being the clinician's right-hand person during treatments and keeping patient records accurate (GDPR, we got this!).
  • ๐Ÿ’– Ensuring patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have the best dental journey possible.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Keeping an eye on stock, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready to go.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians, ensuring high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness.
  • Collaborate with dentists and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
