Key responsibilities

  • Create a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere for children.
  • Provide all aspects of care for children, including washing, changing and feeding.
  • Act as a key worker to a small group of children, recording observations and planning.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
  • Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, completing all work to desired timescales.
