What you'll be doing:

• Being a superhero for little ones aged 3 months to 5 years! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
• Becoming a "Key Person" for a small group, building awesome bonds and making sure every child's needs are totally met. 🤝
• Teaming up with parents and carers to create a supportive environment for every child. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Keeping our little stars safe and sound – you'll know all about child protection procedures. 🛡️
• Injecting fun into learning with stimulating play and support. 🎉
• Sharing your insights and ideas at team meetings and helping with your own growth. 🌱

What you'll need:

• A genuine love for working with children. ❤️
• The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
• A qualification equivalent to Level 2 (like GCSEs). 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers.
• Teach and support children, offering stimulating play experiences.
• Ensure children's safety and understand child protection procedures.
• Advise the manager of any concerns regarding children's well-being or safety of equipment.
• Actively participate in team meetings and undertake training for personal development.
