As a Key Person, you'll build awesome connections with a small group of children, making learning an exciting adventure! ๐Ÿš€ You'll also be the bridge between home and nursery, liaising closely with parents and carers to ensure every child's unique needs are met. ๐Ÿ’–

What you'll be doing:

  • Being a fantastic Key Person for your group, forging strong relationships with children and their families. ๐Ÿค

  • Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important, from children's well-being to equipment safety, always with discretion. ๐Ÿคซ

  • Championing child safety, knowing and following all safeguarding procedures like a pro. โœ…

Key responsibilities
