- Become a "Key Person" for a dedicated group of children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities. 🎨
- Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers, working together to ensure each child's unique needs are met. 🤝
- Create a stimulating and safe environment where learning is an adventure! 🤸
- Liaise with the Manager regarding any concerns about children's well-being, health, or safety. 🚨
- Champion child protection procedures and ensure the safety of all children. ✅
- Actively participate in team meetings and take responsibility for your professional development through training. 📚
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere. 🌟

Key responsibilities
