This is your chance to work with amazing little ones aged 0-5, creating a super fun, engaging, and safe environment where they can learn and grow. You'll be working towards your Advanced Diploma in Early Years, gaining hands-on experience and professional development. ๐Ÿ“š

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating awesome learning experiences within EYFS requirements. ๐ŸŽจ
  • Being a dedicated "key person" to a group of children, building strong bonds. ๐Ÿค
  • Working closely with parents and carers, building fantastic relationships and ensuring every child's needs are met. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
  • Collaborating with families and other team members.
  • Keeping our little ones safe and happy, following all safeguarding procedures. โœ…
  • Contributing to team meetings and taking ownership of your professional growth. ๐ŸŒฑ

Key responsibilities

  • Creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment, teaching within EYFS requirements.
  • Acting as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers and ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
  • Advising the manager of concerns regarding children's well-being or equipment safety, preserving confidentiality.
  • Ensuring children are kept safe and understanding child protection procedures.
