Key responsibilities

  • Support and teach children aged 9 months to 5 years, facilitating stimulating play experiences.
  • Act as a key person, liaising with parents/carers to recognise and meet each child's needs.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being, adhering to child protection procedures and reporting concerns.
  • Actively participate in team, supervision, and appraisal meetings.
  • Attend required training courses and take responsibility for personal development.
