  • Building amazing connections with parents and carers, keeping them in the loop about their child's progress. 🀝
  • Championing each child's unique journey, making sure all their needs are spotted and supported.
  • Teaming up with families to create a supportive network for our little ones. 🏑
  • Keeping our manager updated on anything important, like kids' well-being or safety, always with discretion. 🀫
  • Designing and delivering awesome learning experiences that spark curiosity. πŸ€”
  • Being the guardian of safety, making sure our children are protected and you know exactly what to do to keep them safe. πŸ›‘οΈ
  • Jumping into team meetings, getting one-on-one support, and smashing your personal growth goals. πŸ“ˆ

What you'll need:

  • A clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. βœ…
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development. ❀️

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key person for a small group of children, ensuring their needs are recognised and met.
  • Facilitate stimulating play experiences and make learning fun and enjoyable for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Maintain close communication and build effective partnerships with parents/carers and other family members.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being, understanding and following child protection procedures and reporting any concerns to the manager.
  • Actively participate in team, supervision, and appraisal meetings, attending training and taking responsibility for personal development.
