Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers.
  • Teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experiences.
  • Ensure children are kept safe and understand child protection procedures.
  • Advise the manager of concerns regarding children's well-being, parents, or equipment safety.
  • Actively participate in meetings and take responsibility for personal development.
