  • Championing each child's individual needs, making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported. ❤️
  • Partnering with families to create a strong village around our little stars. 🏡
  • Being the eyes and ears for our Manager, flagging any important stuff about child well-being, health, or safety, always with discretion. 🤫
  • Delivering engaging, stimulating play experiences that spark curiosity and joy. 🎉
  • Prioritizing child safety like a superhero, always following child protection guidelines. 🛡️
  • Contributing your awesome ideas at team meetings and taking ownership of your professional growth through training. 📈

What you'll need:

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting and teaching children aged 6 months to 5 years, providing stimulating play experiences.
  • Acting as a key person to a group of children, ensuring individual needs are recognised and met.
  • Liaising closely and building effective relationships with parents/carers and other family members.
  • Ensuring child safety and adhering to child protection procedures, advising the manager of any concerns.
  • Actively participating in meetings and taking responsibility for personal development and training.
