Your mission:

  • Be the ultimate key person for your crew, building awesome relationships with parents/carers and making sure every child's unique needs are seen and smashed. πŸ’–

  • Keep our manager in the loop about anything important regarding the children's well-being, safety of our gear, or anything else that comes up, always keeping things confidential. 🀫
  • Spark curiosity and joy by teaching kids, providing the perfect level of support and super engaging play! πŸ’‘
  • Be the guardian of safety, making sure kids are protected and you know the drill for child protection. πŸ›‘οΈ

Key responsibilities

  • Support children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Act as a key person, liaising closely with parents/carers to meet individual children's needs.
  • Advise the manager of concerns regarding children's well-being or equipment safety.
  • Teach children, offering stimulating play experiences and appropriate support.
  • Ensure children are kept safe and understand when to follow child protection procedures.
