• Become a "Key Person" for a small group of amazing kids, crafting fun and engaging learning experiences that spark their curiosity. 🧠💡
• Team up with parents and carers, building super strong relationships and making sure every child's unique journey is celebrated and supported. 🤝
• Keep your eyes peeled and report any concerns about a child's well-being or the nursery environment to the manager – you're a vital part of our safety net! 🛡️
• Deliver awesome teaching moments, offering just the right amount of support and exciting play activities. 🧸
• Champion child safety, always knowing the importance of protection procedures. 😇
• Jump into team huddles, one-on-ones, and reviews – your voice matters! 🗣️
• Commit to your own growth by attending training and owning your development. 🌱

What you'll need:

• A passion for making a real difference in children's lives. ❤️
• A clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
• An Early Years Educator qualification, equivalent to Level 3 (A level). 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 1 month to 5 years.
