What you'll be doing:
- Becoming a dedicated "Key Person" to a small group of children, building strong bonds and fostering their development. ๐
- Crafting fun, engaging, and stimulating play experiences that spark curiosity and a love for learning. ๐จ
- Working closely and building awesome relationships with parents and carers, keeping them in the loop and collaborating on their child's journey. ๐ค
- Ensuring every child's individual needs are seen, understood, and met with care and attention. ๐
- Partnering with families to create a supportive network for each child. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
- Acting as a vigilant guardian, ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times, and knowing how to follow child protection procedures. ๐ก๏ธ
- Sharing your insights and contributing at team meetings and keeping your skills sharp through personal development and training. ๐ก
- Providing valuable advice to the manager regarding any concerns about child welfare, parent well-being, or equipment safety, always maintaining confidentiality. ๐คซ
What you'll gain:

Key Requirements:

Key responsibilities
- Support children aged 3 months to 4 years and act as a key person to a small group.
- Liaise closely with parents/carers, building effective relationships and ensuring each child's needs are met.
- Teach children, offering appropriate support, stimulating play experiences, and ensuring their safety.
- Advise the manager of any concerns regarding children's well-being, parents, or equipment safety.
- Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and appraisal meetings, and undertake personal development.
