  • Ensuring every child's unique needs are recognised and met with personalised care. ❤️
  • Working hand-in-hand with parents/carers and families to create the best environment for our little stars. 🌟
  • Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important, from children's well-being to equipment safety, always maintaining confidentiality. 🤫
  • Delivering engaging learning experiences and stimulating play activities to help children grow and develop. 🌱
  • Prioritising child safety and understanding child protection procedures inside out. 🛡️
  • Being an active participant in team, supervision, and appraisal meetings. 📣
  • Committing to your own professional growth through training and personal development. 📚

Key responsibilities

  • Support children aged 6 months to 4 years, ensuring their needs are recognised and met.
  • Act as a key person to a small group of children, making learning fun and offering stimulating play experiences.
  • Liaise closely and build effective relationships with parents/carers, working in partnership with family members.
  • Ensure children are kept safe, understanding and following child protection procedures.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training courses, taking responsibility for personal development.
