- Supporting incredible kids aged 6 months to 5 years โ get ready for giggles and adventures! ๐
- Becoming a super "Key Person" for a special group of children, making learning an absolute blast and building awesome connections with their families. ๐ค
- Working closely with parents and carers to ensure every child's unique needs are spotted and totally met. ๐ฑ
- Partnering up with parents, carers, and families to create a fantastic support network. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
- Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important, like a child's well-being or equipment safety, always keeping things confidential. ๐คซ
- Inspiring children through play and providing just the right amount of support to help them grow. ๐ง
- Making sure every child is safe and knowing exactly what to do if anything concerning pops up. ๐ก๏ธ
- Jumping into team meetings, supervision, and appraisals โ your voice matters! ๐ฃ๏ธ

Key responsibilities
- Supporting children aged 6 months to 5 years and acting as a key person to a small group of children, ensuring their needs are met.
- Teaching children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experiences.
- Liaising closely with parents/carers, building effective relationships and working in partnership.
- Ensuring children are kept safe, understanding child protection procedures, and advising the manager of any concerns.
- Actively participating in team, supervision, and appraisal meetings, and taking responsibility for personal development.
