  • Build awesome relationships with parents and carers, working together to ensure every child's unique needs are spotted and totally met. 🀝
  • Partner up with parents, carers, and their families to create the best environment for their little ones. 🏑
  • Keep our Manager in the loop about anything important regarding children's well-being, parents' well-being, or the safety of our gear. Your discretion is key! 🀐
  • Teach and inspire children through engaging play and tailored support. πŸŽ¨πŸ“š
  • Champion child safety and know your stuff when it comes to child protection procedures. πŸ›‘οΈ
  • Get involved in team chats, one-on-one catch-ups, and performance reviews. πŸ—£οΈ
