What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the ultimate sidekick for our amazing little learners, aged 6 weeks to 5 years! 🚀 As a "Key Person" to a small group, you'll make learning an adventure 🎨, ensuring every child's unique needs are celebrated and met. You'll also be the bridge between our nursery and our fantastic parents/carers, building strong, collaborative relationships. 🤝
Your Awesome Responsibilities Include:
- Becoming a trusted friend and educator to a group of children, creating memorable and engaging experiences.
- Working hand-in-hand with parents and families to foster a nurturing environment. 🏡
- Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important – child well-being, safety, and the general awesomeness of the nursery. 📣
- Sparking curiosity and joy through age-appropriate play and learning activities. 🧸
- Being a champion for child safety, always knowing how to protect our little superstars. 🛡️
- Jumping into team huddles, super-sessions, and personal growth chats. 🗣️

Key responsibilities
