You'll be working with amazing kids aged 9 months to 5 years, becoming a "Key Person" for a small group. Your mission will include:

  • Being a rockstar Key Person, building fantastic relationships with parents/carers and ensuring each child's unique needs are recognised and nurtured. 💖
  • Teaming up with parents/carers and other family members to create a supportive village. 🏡
  • Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important, like children's well-being or equipment safety, always keeping things confidential. 🤫
  • Sparking joy and curiosity by teaching and providing stimulating play experiences. 🎨
  • Being a guardian, ensuring children are safe and knowing our child protection procedures inside out. 🛡️
  • Jumping into team meetings, supervision, and appraisals – your input is valuable! 🗣️
  • Taking charge of your own growth by attending training and actively pursuing personal development. 🚀

You'll need to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. 📄
