• Championing child safety and knowing exactly how to follow child protection procedures to keep everyone secure. 🛡️
• Being an active participant in team chats, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews. 🗣️
• Jumping into training sessions and taking charge of your own learning and growth. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers to meet their needs.
• Teach children, offering appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
• Ensure children are kept safe and follow child protection procedures.
• Advise the manager of any concerns regarding the well-being of children, parents, or equipment safety.
• Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and attend required training for personal development.
