What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to sort things out fast or pass them to the right people. 📞✅
- Connect and chat with candidates through various channels. 💬
- Get creative crafting job profiles, ads, social media content, and thought leadership pieces. Then, blast them out on LinkedIn! ✍️📱
- Share your insider knowledge to help people smash their job search. 💡
- Screen and interview candidates, seeing if they've got the skills, qualifications, and vibe for the role. Update our system (FireFish) afterwards! 📝
- Juggle interviews, keep clients and candidates in the loop, and guide them through the whole hiring journey. 🤝
- Stay clued up on market trends, salary insights, and new tech to give the best advice. 📈
- Help us sniff out new business by gathering info on the market and competitors. 🕵️♀️
What We Need From You:
- Awesome communication skills, both written and verbal. 🗣️✍️
- Super attention to detail. 👀
- Great organisational skills and a hunger to learn! 🧠
The Nitty-Gritty:
- Salary: £18,500 per year
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm) ⏰

Key responsibilities
