Programme: Cyber Security Apprenticeship

Role: Cyber Security Technologist L4 🎓

Location: Tyne and Wear - Pacifica Group, Newcastle upon Tyne 📍

Yearly Salary: £20,000 💰

What You'll Be Doing:

• Dive into investigating security alerts and incidents, guided by our senior experts. 🕵️‍♀️
• Follow clear instructions to analyse and fix security issues. 🛠️
• Help roll out new security tools and defences. 🚀
• Perform routine security checks and document your findings. ✅
• Test and evaluate cool new security tech. 💡
• Create easy-to-understand documentation and reports. ✍️
• Help the IT support team fix tickets and solve problems. 🆘
• Guide employees through troubleshooting, face-to-face, over the phone, or remotely. 📞
• Fix system, network, hardware, and software glitches. 🔧

Entry Requirements:

• A-Level in ICT 📚
• OR International Baccalaureate Level 3 in ICT 🌐
• OR Level 3 Apprenticeship in a similar field 🏅
• OR BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits) 📖
• Don't have these exact qualifications? A mix of experience and other qualifications that show you've got the basics covered might still work! 👍
• If your qualifications are from outside the UK, make sure you have an official document comparing them to UK standards. 🌍

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week ⏰
