Key responsibilities
- Ensure customers experience the best of EE during interactions.
- Assist customers with queries regarding bills, contracts, and smartphone features.
- Deliver exceptional and personal service to customers consistently.
- Participate in continuous learning and training towards an NVQ.
- Utilise charm, enthusiasm, and belief in customer interactions.
