What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the First Line of Defence: Handle incoming IT support requests (in-person and remote), log issues, and escalate when needed. π
- Master User Accounts: Manage accounts across Microsoft 365, our on-prem systems, Oracle EBS, and cloud platforms. βοΈ
- Network Ninja: Get involved with network services like LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and even some basic office cabling. π
- Hardware Hero: Build and set up new gear (Windows laptops, iOS devices, phones, and AV equipment) and keep our IT Build Room running smoothly. π»π±
- Share Your Knowledge: Help create user training materials and jump into exciting IT projects across development, infrastructure, or cyber teams. π
- Grow Your Skills: Keep your apprenticeship training records up-to-date and always be learning and developing your technical skills. π±
Skills We're Looking For:
- You're a natural communicator and team player. π£οΈ
- You're great at juggling tasks and have a sharp eye for detail. β¨
- You've got a genuine passion for IT, with some basic IT knowledge and feel comfy using Microsoft Office. π»
- Youβre flexible, take initiative, and have that positive βcan-doβ spirit that matches Angel Trains' values. π
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Important: You shouldn't already have a qualification at the same or a higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar field.

- A mix of qualifications and experience can also show you have the solid foundation we're looking for.

Working Hours:
