You'll be part of the amazing Mr Kipling family, working alongside super experienced pros in a supportive and friendly environment. Plus, you'll be backed by Premier Foods, a big player in the food world! 🤝

We're teaming up with Newcastle & Stafford College Group to offer a 5-year apprenticeship. You'll start with a Level 2 qualification and work your way up to a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification. Get ready to become a multi-skilled shift engineer! 🚀 And guess what? Once you're qualified, we'll help you go even further with higher qualifications. 📈

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Year 1: Full-time college vibes 📚, with holiday time spent on-site putting your learning into practice.
  • Years 2 & 3: Learn the ropes on-site with experienced mentors, honing your skills and problem-solving abilities. 💡
  • Year 4: Get ready for shift work! You'll join a specific engineering team, experiencing day and night shifts. 🌙☀️
  • Post-Apprenticeship: Congratulations, you're a qualified, multi-skilled engineer! 🎉

What We Need From You:

  • At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, Science, and English. 💯
  • A genuine passion for engineering and technology (and a love for cakes doesn't hurt! 😉).
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learning and growing. Be ready to share your knowledge too! 🧠
  • Awesome communication skills – you'll be working with loads of different people. 🗣️
  • Willingness to work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. 🗓️
