What you'll be doing:

  • First Line Support Hero: Keep our PCs running smoothly with imaging and maintenance. 🛠️
  • Tech Setup & Fixes: Get customer IT systems set up, updated, and sort out any techy problems. 🔧
  • Network Navigator: Handle general network support and troubleshoot like a pro. 🌐
  • Customer Champion: Answer customer queries directly on the phone, delivering top-notch service and keeping super accurate records. 📞
  • Database Dynamo: Keep our client databases fresh with the latest solutions and log every single step of your activity in our call tracking software – think of it as your tech diary! 📝
  • Hardware Guru: Install computers and all sorts of cool peripherals like printers, scanners, and mobile devices. 🖨️📱
  • Tech Translator: Explain complex technical stuff in a way everyone can understand. 🗣️
  • Phone Rockstar: Answer calls professionally and pass on vital info like a boss. 🌟

What you need to get started:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Just a heads-up: you shouldn't already have a qualification at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.
  • Got a mix of qualifications and experience? We're open to seeing that too!
  • If your qualifications are international, make sure you can provide official proof of how they compare to UK standards. 🌍

Your Work Life:

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. ⏰
