About the Role:

As an IT Support Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our digital operations running smoothly. You'll provide essential first and second-line IT support, manage digital equipment, and be a key player in minimising disruptions. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and responding to IT support tickets (think FreshService/Freshdesk!). 🎫
  • Providing top-notch technical support to our team, both locally and internationally. 🌎
  • Escalating complex issues to senior IT pros. ⬆️
  • Managing ticket documentation and supporting our inbound call flow. πŸ“ž
  • Helping with the onboarding and offboarding of new team members. πŸ‘‹
  • Setting up and configuring laptops for new starters or replacements. πŸ’»
  • Managing user access rights and basic identity tasks. πŸ”‘
  • Keeping our office IT equipment in tip-top shape (laptops, peripherals, phones!). πŸ“±
  • Assisting with hardware and software upgrades. πŸ”§
  • Troubleshooting Windows, M365, and various applications.
  • Supporting our telephony systems, door access, and basic networking (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi). πŸ“Ά
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assisting with ordering, procurement, and account administration. πŸ›οΈ
  • Ensuring IT policies are followed and systems are well-maintained. βœ…

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • We're open to considering combinations of qualifications and experience that demonstrate the foundation needed for the program.

Working Hours:
