- Client Engagements: Be part of a Finyx squad tackling digital, data, and tech projects for our clients. Think big picture, big impact! π
- Sales Support: Help us spot new opportunities and craft winning proposals. Your insights could open doors! πͺ
- Service Line Development: Contribute to building awesome materials that showcase and deliver our consulting magic. β¨

What You'll Be Doing:
- Breaking down and explaining business challenges and opportunities. π€
- Chatting effectively with everyone, from tech wizards to business gurus. π£οΈ
- Helping to build and automate data systems. βοΈ
- Spotting areas for improvement, researching options, and defining what success looks like. π
- Organizing and consolidating data from all sorts of places. ποΈ
- Turning manual processes into automated workflows. π€
- Using cool data analysis and visualization tools to present findings. π
- Translating complex tech stuff into easy-to-understand language. π€
- Tackling project tasks step-by-step. βοΈ
- Joining and contributing to client meetings and workshops. π€
- Helping to find and qualify new client opportunities and supporting bid responses. π
- Contributing to the development of Data and AI strategies. π§
- Boosting our internal data platform. π»
- Creating resources to help our team learn and understand our services. π
- Supporting internal Finyx projects, like improving processes or helping organize events. π₯³

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Essential!):

- Familiarity with data concepts like modelling, pipelines, and visualization. π‘
Entry Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification (any grade) in a relevant subject (e.g., A-Levels, Level 3 Apprenticeships, IB, BTEC Extended Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or similar).
- OR 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- No existing qualifications at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- International qualifications will be considered with official comparison documents.
The Deets:
- Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday (office-based), Friday is work from home! π‘
- Benefits: 25 days annual leave, company pension (salary sacrifice if eligible), private healthcare (after probation), death in service. π―
