What You'll Do:
- Help build and launch awesome AI-powered features for our customers' software. 🧠
- Create and improve internal AI tools to boost team productivity. 🛠️
- Experiment with cutting-edge prompts and AI models. 🧪
- Connect different systems to make them work smarter. 🔗
- Test, document, and refine everything you build. ✅
What You'll Learn:
- You'll study the brand-new Level 4 AI & Automation Apprenticeship. 📚
- We know you might be new to AI, and that's totally okay! We're looking for your passion for problem-solving and a genuine enthusiasm for AI.
- We'll provide all the training, mentoring, and real-world projects you need to become a confident AI engineer. 💪
We're Excited If You Have:
- Any experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini. 🤖
- A bit of coding or scripting knowledge (Python is a plus!), experience with data, spreadsheets, or automation tools (even from personal projects!). 💻
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate or Zapier.
- A background in a related or analytical field, or a clear desire to transition into tech. 📈
- A strong interest in AI, automation, and technology, and want to build a career in this space. 🌟
Entry Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) at Grade 4 (C) or above.
- We're also open to considering combinations of qualifications and experience that show you have the foundation we need.
