About the Role:
Jump straight into the action! You'll work alongside seasoned engineers on live client projects, designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions on AWS. Think agentic AI, generative AI, and modern data platforms – we’ve delivered over 40 AI projects into production! 💡 You'll be studying towards a Level 6 AI Engineer apprenticeship, a degree-level qualification delivered virtually by QA, with a focus on the AWS route. This is your chance to blend hands-on coding, clever problem-solving, and client interaction, all while learning at lightning speed. ⚡️ About 6 hours per week are dedicated to your apprenticeship learning, directly applicable to the work you’ll be doing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- AI & Cloud Engineering: Help design, develop, and deploy production AI solutions on AWS (including Amazon Bedrock!) under the guidance of senior pros. ☁️
- Code Quality & Debugging: Write clean code, participate in code reviews, and take the lead on debugging and troubleshooting. Your initiative is key! 🐛
- Client Collaboration: Join client calls and demos. You'll learn to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to anyone. 🗣️
- Learning & Development: Ace your apprenticeship modules (GenAI, AI security, deep learning, and more!), apply them to real projects, and work towards AWS certifications with our full support. 📚
- Agile Participation: Be a part of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your insights will help us improve and deliver on time. 🗓️
Who You Are:
- Hands-On with Code: Python is our go-to, but we care more about your understanding than just experience. Personal projects or a GitHub profile are awesome! 💻

Entry Requirements:
We consider candidates with:
- Two A-levels (similar subject + B in Maths)
- Two A-levels (similar subject + 2 years tech experience)
- Level 4/5 apprenticeship in a technical field
- International Baccalaureate Level 3 (similar subject)
- 3+ years in a related role
- A first degree in a numerate discipline (not Computer Science for funding).
- Combinations of qualifications and experience can also be considered!
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. ⏰
