About the role

The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users in person, via email, and over the phone. 📞📧
- Keep an eye on things, dive into issues, and fix them, always keeping people in the loop with clear updates. 🕵️♀️💡
- Make sure every tech hiccup is logged properly in our systems. ✍️
- Figure out what needs fixing first based on how urgent it is. 🚨
- Team up with us to brainstorm and implement awesome improvements to how we work and our systems. 💡
- Find ways to automate those everyday tech tasks and requests to make life easier. 🤖
- Help us keep Freuds' reputation for amazing IT support sparkling! ✨
What You'll Bring (Desirable Skills):
- A genuine interest and understanding of computers and all things IT. 💻🧠
- Comfort with both Windows and Mac Operating Systems. 🍎
- Confidence in a mostly face-to-face support environment. 👋
- You're super organised and know how to focus. 🎯
- A burning desire to learn and grow with us on the job. 🔥

- You can communicate clearly, both in writing and when you speak. 🗣️

Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Prospective apprentices should not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
- We'll also consider combinations of qualifications and experience that show you've got the foundation we need.
- If your qualifications are from outside the UK, you'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards at the time of application.
Your Working Week:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. ⏳
- Plus, dedicate 20% of your week to external training as part of your apprenticeship. 📚
