We're on the hunt for a sharp and eager Marketing Data Analysis Apprentice to join our team in Central Reading. What You'll Be Doing:

• Squashing pesky 404 errors and making sure your redirects are on point. 🚫
• Keeping our UTM parameters super consistent – organization is key! 📏
• Sprucing up our open-source package pages. ✨
• Keeping an eye on Core Web Vitals and reporting what you find. 👁️
• Tracking what our competitors are up to and helping with fortnightly reports. 🕵️‍♀️
• Drafting initial online performance reports. ✍️
• Tackling other awesome tasks delegated by our Marketing Lead. 💪

What We're Looking For:

• A brain that loves to analyze things. 🧠
• Eagle eyes for detail. 👀
• A knack for solving problems. 💡
• Great written communication skills. 🗣️
• Comfort with spreadsheets and online tools. 💻
• Super organized and always ready to learn. 🌱

Bonus Points If You Have:

• An awareness of SEO and digital marketing. 🌐
• Some familiarity with analytics tools. 📈
• A grasp of UTM tracking.
• Basic HTML/CMS knowledge.
• An understanding of Core Web Vitals.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• You won't already have a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject. (Don't worry if you have a mix of experience and qualifications that show you're ready – we'll consider you!)
• If your qualifications are from outside the UK, you'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards from UK ENIC.

Work Life:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
• Location: First 3 months are 100% in the office. After that, it's hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 🏡🏢
