What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues, chatting with users via phone, remote sessions, and video calls. π
- Fix common problems like password resets, account unlocks, and system access. π
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware glitches. π οΈ
- Perform basic IT admin tasks β think setting up new accounts or disabling old ones. π§βπ»
- Keep track of all requests using our ITSM system, making sure everything's handled with care. β
- Route trickier issues to the right specialist teams. β‘οΈ
- Show users how to use handy self-service tools. π‘
- Always put the customer first, delivering awesome value and service with empathy and patience. π
- Own your tasks and see them through to the end. πͺ
- Answer calls like a pro β confidently, professionally, and aiming for those first-time fixes. π
- Hit our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) β weβve got targets to meet! π―
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus! β
- Basic troubleshooting skills. π§
- Familiarity with ITIL principles is cool but not essential.
- Top-notch customer service skills. π―
- Killer communication skills. π£οΈ
- A team player who's self-driven, excited to learn, and super enthusiastic. π
- Organised, with great time management and the ability to juggle tasks. β±οΈ
- A proactive attitude, always bringing positivity and flexibility to your work. π
- Ability to work onsite at Swandean, Monday to Friday.
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Important: You shouldn't already have a qualification at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.
- Got a mix of qualifications and experience that show you're ready? You might still be considered!
- If your qualifications are international, youβll need an official document comparing them to UK standards.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am β 5:30pm. β°

Key responsibilities
