We're leveling up our Digital Team and searching for a driven Digital Applications Support Apprentice! You'll be working towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification from our East Kilbride office.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- CRM Champion: Keep our Contracts Managers in the loop by managing project info and workflows in our in-house CRM. Accuracy is key! ๐ฏ
- Order Orchestrator: Handle orders for uniforms, tools, and machinery. Track everything and keep records fresh in Excel and our CRM. ๐ฆ
- Maintenance Maestro: Monitor van and machinery upkeep schedules. Log updates and ping reminders to the team via Outlook and Teams so no one misses a beat. โ๏ธ
- Finance Facilitator: Process invoices and manage purchase orders using Xero. Keep our financial transactions crystal clear and communication with suppliers/clients smooth. ๐ฐ
- Doc & Report Dynamo: Prepare and update essential documents and reports in Word and Excel. Keep info organised and super easy to share. ๐
- Social Media Superstar: Create awesome social media content and boost our LinkedIn presence. Design and draft posts using Canva and Word. ๐ธ
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with colleagues via Teams and Outlook. Help organise meetings, share updates, and ensure our day-to-day runs like a well-oiled machine. ๐ค

The Loot:
- Salary: ยฃ15,600 per annum ๐ฐ
- Hours: 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am โ 4:30 pm โฐ

Key responsibilities
