What you'll be doing:

  • Master our Nourish system! 💻 Input data accurately and on time into our care planning software.
  • Keep our schedules running smoothly! 🗓️ Make sure staff rotas are sorted and flag any client visit delays to management.
  • Organise training sessions, team meetings, spot checks, and supervisions. 🎓
  • Dive into surveys! 📊 Monitor activities, gather responses, and report on the outcomes.
  • Be our stock guru! 📦 Order supplies, make sure we never run out, and compare prices to get the best deals.

What you'll bring:

  • Serious IT skills! 💻 Confident with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and PowerBI.
  • Communication is key! 🗣️ Excellent writing and speaking skills, with a super professional phone manner.
  • Super organised! ✨ You've got a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Discretion is vital! 🤫 You can handle confidential information like a boss.
  • Reliable and a team player! 💪 You can work solo or as part of our awesome team.

Your starting point:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • You shouldn't have an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • Got a mix of qualifications and experience? We might still consider you!
  • Got international qualifications? You'll need an official comparison document.

Working Hours:

  • 9am – 5:30pm ⏰

Key responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to incoming emails and telephone calls, taking accurate messages and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and records to ensure information is accurate and current at all times.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and completing safe-recruitment pre-employment checks.
  • Updating the Nourish care planning system and associated care planner records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring staff rota is allocated and client visit delays are escalated to senior management.
