Your daily quests will include:
- Being the first line of defence for all things IT – hardware, software, and digital tools. 🛠️
- Helping colleagues rock our approved AI tools and tech across our offices and showrooms. 🏠
- Setting up, deploying, and looking after laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts. 📱
- Making employee onboarding and offboarding a breeze. 🍃
- Crafting awesome user guides and IT documentation. 📚
- Keeping an eye on IT systems and flagging any issues. 👀
- Teaming up with external IT partners and checking their performance. 🤝
- Supporting projects that boost our digital game and AI use across the UK. 📈
- Keeping our IT records sharp and on point. 💯
- Being a legend with info security and GDPR. 🔒
- Collaborating with our UK and global Nobilia IT teams. 🌍

- Know their way around Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). 📄
- Are sharp problem-solvers with a clear plan for tasks. 🤔
- Can chat and write like a pro. ✍️
- Are super keen to learn and follow the process. 🌱

Experience? Nah, we care more about your attitude, drive, and potential! 💪
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at Grade 3+ (D or above).
- You can't already have a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar field.
- Got international qualifications? We'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards.
Your Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Shifts between 8 am - 6 pm.
- Initially 5 days a week in the office, moving to 4 days office / 1 day WFH after probation. 🏠
