What You'll Be Doing:
- Mastering Payments: Process financial transactions in Emburse Enterprise, our Accounts Payable system. You'll ensure all payments are spot-on and follow company rules. 💰
- Handling Cash Flow: Manage cash forms and related financial tasks using our custom finance software. Accuracy is key! 💯
- Digital Filing: Use iManage to store, retrieve, and organize financial documents, keeping everything compliant and tidy. 📁
- Excel Wizardry: Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to crunch data, create reports, keep records, and support team presentations. 📊
- Credit Control Crew: Help the Credit Control team chase down outstanding debts, keeping accurate records through our finance systems. 📞
- System Guru: Grow into a super user for our main finance systems, supporting your colleagues and helping us improve our processes. 💡
- Finance Expert: Build deep knowledge of our finance applications and workflows, becoming the go-to person for anything finance-related. ✨

Your Schedule:
