What You'll Be Doing:
- Become a wizard with Vantage Online, our digital ticketing platform 💻, logging and updating installation jobs with all the deets – progress, equipment, and status.
- Hit the road to customer and client sites for equipment installations, surveys, and collections 🚗. You'll be the face of Agilico, delivering top-notch customer service and nailing every installation.
- Handle purchase orders, allocate gear and parts, and keep our digital records super tidy for smooth operations. 📦
- Train to be a Vantage Online guru 🧙♂️, supporting colleagues and helping us constantly improve our digital game.
- Get hands-on with installing, configuring, and commissioning Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) 🖨️, ensuring all records are updated perfectly.
- Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) 📊 to chat with the team, plan installs, report on your wins, and track your progress.
- Team up with engineers, workshop staff, and management 🤝 to coordinate installs, juggle workloads, and make sure customers are always happy.
- Help manage our digital stock and inventory 💡, tracking equipment, noting asset movements, and spotting any discrepancies.
- Stay on top of Agilico's quality, health & safety, and data standards ✅, keeping all records accurate and ready for inspection.
What You'll Bring:

Key responsibilities
- Manage and update installation jobs using Agilico's digital ticketing platform (Vantage Online).
- Perform and support on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and other equipment, including site surveys.
- Manage equipment and parts inventory, including raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Develop expertise in Agilico's digital platforms, specifically Vantage Online, to support colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and adhere to company quality, health, safety, and data management standards.
