Dreaming of a career in procurement and business systems? ✨ Jackton Moor, a leading kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom specialist, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our vibrant East Kilbride team as a Digital Support Apprentice! 🤩 This is your chance to gain a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification while learning the ropes from our IT Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for our sales team, helping with costing and updating our extensive catalogues. 📚
• Become a whizz with our TruBlu system, Easy Quote, mastering the management and pricing of orders. 💻
• Utilize EQ for all things bulk orders, invoices, and workforce management. 📊
• Create essential purchase orders and process invoices like a pro. 🧾
• Dive into Excel to craft insightful reports on pricing, helping us save costs and work smarter. 💡
• Handle finance documents and manage supplier details with precision. 💰
• Build awesome relationships with software companies, securing the best codes and pricing for our sales superheroes. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
• Keep our online shared drives and client portals updated daily with all the latest order information. 🌐
• Master Microsoft packages, from spreadsheets to snappy emails with Outlook. 📧

Your Working Week:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:15 PM
