We refurbish and recycle Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts to slash carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste, and save our customers cash. 💰

Our refurbs team in Edinburgh is growing, and we're on the hunt for a passionate individual to join us. You'll be working in our awesome purpose-built refurbishment centre, helping us extend the life of technology and make a real difference to the environment. 🌱

What you'll be doing:

• Juggling and managing all service calls using Agilico’s digital platform (Vantage Online), keeping things updated on parts, labour, and job status. 🚀
• Creating purchase orders, assigning parts to jobs, and keeping our digital records sharp for smooth operations. ✍️
• Becoming a pro at Vantage Online and other digital tools, helping us make them even better. 💯
• Getting hands-on with diagnosing, fixing, and refurbishing MFDs, making sure everything is digitally logged. 🛠️
• Keeping your documentation game strong with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) for clear communication and tracking. 📊
• Teaming up with engineers, workshop staff, and management to nail priorities, sort parts, and keep our customers happy. 😊
• Helping out with digital stock control and inventory, keeping an eye on parts and spotting any mix-ups. 👀
• Sticking to Agilico’s high standards for quality, health & safety, and data management – keeping all records clean and ready for anything. ✅

What we're looking for:

Your Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. ⏰
